Santa Rosa Care Center is a 144-bed skilled nursing and behavioral care center. Our license is duly issued by the State of Arizona and includes both medical and behavioral care services. We provide outstanding skilled nursing and behavioral care 24 hours a day and specialize in ongoing behavioral care of our residents.

Most people prefer to live in their own homes. However, for many of us, health issues, physical limitations, or psychological impairments may eventually require 24-hour care and assistance. When caring for a loved one becomes overwhelming, the experienced caregivers at Santa Rosa Care Center are committed to providing exceptional care and improving the quality of life for our residents.

Residents’ interaction with family members is highly encouraged. Residents and their family members are invited to participate in planning and defining their goals, designing a personal plan of care with our multidisciplinary team of professionals. Together, we will enhance the life experiences of all residents here at Santa Rosa Care Center.

SPECIALIZED CARE

Our specially trained staff is skilled in caring for those with unusual behaviors and/or memory deficits that require monitoring and intervention. These secured units have cameras as well as alarm-protected entrances and exits to help provide a safer and more secure living environment.

We focus on individual wellness and encourage continued independence with a tailored plan of assistance, provided by our well-trained team members who are available around the clock, 24 hours a day.
